Zoals we eerder aankondigden verhoogt Microsoft in maart de prijzen van veel Microsoft 365 en andere licenties. Grofweg komt dit neer op een verhoging van zo’n tien procent. Daarnaast komt de techgigant met New Commerce, de vervanger van het ‘legacy’ CSP model. In het kort komt het New Commerce programma erop neer dat maandelijks opzeggen een stuk duurder wordt. Klanten kunnen kiezen uit een maandcommitment, jaarcommitment en in de toekomst ook een driejaar commitment. Daarbij is het maandcommitment grofweg vijftien tot twintig procent duurder dan een jaarcommitment. Gedurende het commitment krijg je geen prijsverhogingen van Microsoft.
Prijsverhoging
Per 1 maart verhoogt Microsoft de prijzen van de meest voorkomende 365 licenties. Klanten die voor die tijd hun licenties omzetten naar NCE en kiezen voor een jaarcommitment merken dit jaar doorgaans vrij weinig van de wijzigingen en zetten hun bestaande prijzen voor een jaar vast. Wel committeren ze zich een jaar voor het aantal licenties, die niet meer zijn af te schalen (opschalen en opwaarderen naar een duurdere versie mag natuurlijk altijd).
Interessante acties Microsoft 365 Business Premium en Microsoft E5
Microsoft geeft tot 30 juni 2022 korting op nieuwe SMB tenants met Business Premium en E5 licenties. Daarbij maakt het niet uit of je kiest voor een maandelijks commitment of een jaarcommitment. Vanwege de prijsverhoging van Microsoft in maart kun je voor maximale korting deze actie het beste toepassen voor 1 maart aanstaande.
We houden niet van kleine lettertjes, dus hieronder de regels voor deze actie:
- Jouw bedrijf heeft minder dan 250 werkplekken;
- Je bent gevestigd in West Europa;
- Je neemt Business Premium en/of E5 licenties af onder het NCE programma;
- Je mag zelf weten of je maandcommitments of jaarcommitments kiest. Deze mag je ook mixen;
- Je geeft liefst voor 1 maart, maar uiterlijk voor 30 juni akkoord om voor deze actie in aanmerking te komen. Doe je dit voor 1 maart dan profiteer je dubbel omdat je dan geen prijsverhoging van Microsoft krijgt.
- Bij de keuze Microsoft 365 Business Premium gaat het om een nieuwe tenant en/of heb je 12 maanden voor 1 januari 2022 geen product gefactureerd zoals genoemd onder ‘uitgesloten productoverzicht voor M365 BP’
- Als je aan bovenstaande regels voldoet krijg je 10% korting op je Business Premium licenties
- Bij keuze voor Microsoft E5 gaat het om een nieuwe tenant en/of is er 12 maanden voor 1 oktober 2021 geen product gefactureerd als onder ‘uitgesloten productoverzicht voor Microsoft E5’
- Als je aan bovenstaande regels voldoet krijg je 20% korting op je E5 licenties
